Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, I'm Jewel. I'm about 4 years old. I have a had a tough time of late. I was with my family and had an accident, my eye was damaged and they didn't bring me to the vet. When my eye got gross they brought me to the shelter and left me. The ladies there were so nice and kind, they took me to the vet and got my eye removed, I couldn't pay for it so they chipped in and paid for it. Then they get me my shots and my spay a few weeks later. I was thinking things were going great! They did too. Until.... my foster brother didn't like me so much. He would dominate me and squish me. Then one day he bit me and shook me. My foster mommy got me out of his huge mastiff mouth. But I had to go back to the shelter. The shelter couldn't pay to take care of me so begged Pack N Pounce to take a "broken" dog. Pack N Pounce told the shelter lady that I wasn't "broken" I'm precious, so they renamed me Jewel. I have antibiotics and pain killers for the bruising and bites. I have no lasting damage, I'm just sore. Dr Ellis says that I should be better in just a few days.
