How did you come to First Avenue? I was picked up as a stray found on the 3400th block of Hiliard Street.
Do you like other dogs? I need to be the only dog in the home, I do not get along with other dogs.
What do you think about cats? I need to go to a cat free home.
So how do you feel about kids? I could go to a home with kids 14+!
What's your ideal home like? I'm incredibly wiggly and happy to see everyone who wants to meet me! I'm so friendly with people I'd be happy to go home with anyone. I enjoy going on walks, playing in the yard, and just hanging out. I'm a pretty relaxed dog and as long as I've getting love I have plenty to give!
What is it that staff and volunteers love about you? I've been told my wiggly dog buns in addition to my cropped tail will always bring a smile to anyone who sees it.
Is there anything else we should know about you? I'm 3 years old. I weigh roughly 60 pounds. I do have a behavior waiver that talks about my dislike for other animals.
My adoption fee includes my spay/neuter, current vaccinations, permanent microchip identification, certificate for a free veterinary exam, post-adoption support and more!
Thank you for taking the time to read about me. If you think we would be a good match come on down to meet me! I'm looking for my forever home and it could be you!
ADOPTION INFORMATION: Please note that in order to make the best match possible, potential adopters must come to First Avenue in person to meet with an animal, as well as kennel staff, to complete the adoption process. All members of the household (including other dogs) should be present to ensure the chosen dog is compatible with everyone. Our staff are happy to provide pre-and-post adoption counseling to support you throughout your adoptee's life!
