Facts about Rocko
Breed: American Staffordshire Terrier/Labrador Retriever Mix
Size: Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
I am already neutered.
Come meet Rocko! Rocko is a fun and loving 2 year old Labrador Retriever and Staffordshire Terrier mix who was brought to HSCO when his owner could no longer care for him. This stunning man is now looking for his forever home! Rocko is an energetic young man who will need someone with lots of patience, love and attention. This young man is highly exuberant, meaning that he needs lots of exercise and love in order to help him become the best doggy he can be! With lots of training and exercise Rocko will surely become an excellent dog, so taking this stud muffin to doggy training classes would be a great way to start your adventure together. While here at HSCO Rocko met a few other K-9 companions, and he seemed to enjoy the company of some of the dogs more so than other dogs. With that being said, we are requiring a doggy meet and greet here at the shelter with any potential K-9 housemates in order to ensure everyone gets along before going home together. If you think this spry young man is the running, hiking, biking and ball playing friend that you have been missing, then come on down to HSCO and meet him today!

Our Adoption Process...
The first step is completing an adoption questionnaire. The questionnaire can be downloaded from our website, or you may fill it out at the shelter. Once the questionnaire is completed, you will work with one of our Animals Care staff members who will assist you in making that right choice for a loving pet. Once your application is approved, you can adopt or place a 24 hour hold on an animal. Once you are ready to adopt, the process takes about 20-30 minutes. Don’t forget that every animal must be spayed or neutered prior to going home.
Humane America Animal Foundation, dba Adopt-a-Pet.com, is a non-profit, tax-deductible 501(c)(3) adoption advertising charity. Our mission (and passion) is to help
get homeless pets out of the shelters and into loving homes. Let us know what you think! Suggestion & Comment Box
