Fiona's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and good with dogs.

Fiona's Story...
Say hello to our sweet Fiona!
We rescued this beautiful girl from the Humane Society in El Centro.
She is not a confident dog but very sweet and wants to please her humane companions.
We feel Fiona would be great to be in a home as an only dog where she can bond with her human and be her or his best friend, but she is currently living with a Chi and a Jack Russell and she does pretty good with them.
Fiona would be best with a dog savvy family.
We would be find with Fiona being in a family with 1 male dog, but no children.
She tends to be fearful of children and unsure of them, however we are working with her on this behavior.
We do love this girl and know she would make a loving family complete.
If you are interested in our Fiona please complete our adoption application located on our website under "adorable adoptables"

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fiona, a San Diego American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever for sale in San Diego, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
