Bill is an adorable pup who cannot take a bad picture. Even his intake picture at the shelter was adorable! He came to CARE because he is hoping to find himself a loving family to adopt him. He is a very smart puppy who will be easy to train if someone devotes the time to him. This dog was rescued from a kill shelter or the streets and has been evaluated for medical and temperament to prepare for a forever home and is in a foster home in San Antonio, Texas* and is ready to fly to its final destination once adopted.
