Cookie's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Cookie's Story...
Cookie is 3 years old and weighs 12.7 pounds (7/20/17). Cookie is a sweet girl who loves to run and play as much as she loves attention. Upon entering the shelter she had a small abscess on her left hip that she has since healed from. We feel that Cookie would be a great companion pet. I'm living in McComb, Mississippi, but the good folks at Animal Rescue Front will bring me up north to you and the trip is included in the adoption fee. If you're interested in taking me into your forever home, please fill out the adoption form here: http://animalrescuefront.org/forms/

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cookie, a Groton Rat Terrier/Boston Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier/Boston Terrier for sale in Groton, or seeking a Rat Terrier/Boston Terrier dog from a breeder in Groton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Groton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Groton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier/Boston Terrier breeders who help with Rat Terrier/Boston Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Groton paves the way for another one to be saved.
