Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is Bailey, full-blooded gal made of Sugar with a capital S. Bailey was rescued after a vehicle tossed her out onto HWY67 in Alabama. Bailey was covered in ticks and frightened. Luckily, she was left where a kind family helped her and contacted us. Bailey suffered lack of food, scraps and scratches and was dirty and covered in ticks from head to toe. It was also discovered that her teeth are down to the numbs, but it doesn't stop her from eating her small bite hard food. Bailey is a petite gal that weighs 23 pounds and at the healthiest 28 to 30 pounds. It’s difficult to determine her age, but based on her mannerisms and temperament we figure approx., 5-6 years old or slightly older. She is an absolute sweetheart that only wants to be someone’s loving companion. She is house broken, good on a leash and rides well in a car. She is just fine around other dogs, children and people. She is a little apprehensive around cats and would definitely never hurt one. Bailey is an amazing little gal. She has been fully vetted now; spayed, dewormed, up-to-date on vaccines and luckily, she is heart worm negative and has been placed on prevention. She will also be microchipped. Please consider this sweet gal who only wish to be loved and give love. If interested go to our website and complete the pre-adoption application http://www.southernskiesrescue.org
