Sophia was an owner surrender to the county shelter. They did not provide a reason for leaving this plump and pleasing Papillon mix. Sophia is six years old and full of grace; despite her 18 pounds she has a dainty little prance. She is a socialite and will approach politely, and once she has decided you are trustworthy she will slip into your lap and settle in to watch the world go by. This It Girl has a penchant for treats; if you want to see her tail wag and ears perk up, just shake the cookie jar. Sophia will shower you with love and make you want to provide her with the pampered lifestyle she deserves. The adoption fee is $150 and includes spaying/neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and a free wellness visit with our vet. Our adoption hours are Thursday-Saturday from 11:00 am-4:00 pm, and Mondays by appointment, and we are located at 10220 N. 32nd Street (just south of Shea Blvd.) in Phoenix. Out-of-state adoptions to surrounding states are possible; however, an in-person introduction with us and our dogs is mandatory. We offer a low-cost vaccine clinic on Sundays from 11:00 am-2:30 pm, and a low-cost dental clinic on Wednesdays by appointment. Visit our website at www.homefurgood.org for more information.
