My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Willow is approximately a little over a year old. She is a classic Black and Tan, and a petite German Shepherd. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, flea, tick and heartworm prevention. She is also house and crate trained. Willow was an owner surrender into a very high kill shelter in GA, then ended up at another shelter in Florida. That shelter had major cutbacks with one employee caring for all the animals so I offered to help with Willow.

Since the arrival of Ms. Willow I am never at all bored by her. She is full of energy and has a Zest for Life. I love watching her play and she really enjoys the classic game of fetch. She would make an outstanding Agility or Frisbee dog!

Willow needs to be in an active family or person that can keep up with her. We are currently teaching her basic obedience.

Willow gets along well with other dogs but can be a bit possessive over her toys and food, only when another dog tries to steal what she feels is hers.. She doesn’t fight but she will start an argument.

If you can offer this amazing girl her forever home Please Email:luvgermansheps@yahoo.com

All dogs in rescue are temperament tested and have basic obedience implemented as a part of their daily routine. All behavioral issues are dealt with according to each case scenario. All dogs prior to going home are up to date on all vaccinations, neutered and or spayed, and microchipped.
