Ox is great! He is a 2-3 year old male American Bulldog mix (most likely). He came to CHA very skinny. He was found by animal control tied to a tree and abandoned. We have gotten him to a healthy weight, and amazingly he shows no signs of food aggression with people! He is such a sweet boy after all he has been through, he is not looking for pity, just love! He can be a bit jumpy but he listens well when you tell him 'off'. He knows his name now, as well as 'sit' and 'drop'. He doesn't seem to like most dogs, but we believe he previously lived with a smaller dog. No cats. Kids are okay, he can be a bit active and may knock small children down during play. Ox would make a great family pet for someone wiling to work on some training, and he does appear to be well house trained. Don't wait any longer! Come meet Ox today!
