Pebbles's Story...
Pebbles and her awesome Chihauhau friend Coco came into rescue after being together since they were puppies. They grew up together, had their own litter of puppies many years ago and now are ready to find their perfect furever home. They are best friends and love to be loved by their humans and eachother. They get along well with other dogs, are friendly with cats and children and love their adult people.

Both are doggie door experts and easy to live with. They currently live with a dozen other doxies and would love to be the center of their furever families universe.

They are about 9 years old and only adoptable together. Both are fully vetted, healthy and ready to start their new lives. Total adoption fee for both is $300.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pebbles, a Pinellas Park Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund for sale in Pinellas Park, or seeking a Dachshund dog from a breeder in Pinellas Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pinellas Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pinellas Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund breeders who help with Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pinellas Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
