Rusty Hound's Story...
Welcome Rusty Hound. He looks like he may be a Hound/Lab mix. He is 100% sweet even if we aren't sure on his breed. He is a large dog and he gets along with all people and dogs he has met. He is affectionate and eager to please. He could go to a family with children. He loves everyone. I have a partial blue spot in my left eye but my sight is fine. I love to play with my friends at the shelter but I sure would like to have a special home where I can share my love. I'm not quite a year old yet so I have a lot of years to have fun with my human family.

For more information about me please call Marlene at 210-867-1769 or you can call Troy at 210-530-8243. I look forward to meeting you soon.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rusty Hound, a Olympia Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Olympia, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Olympia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Olympia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Olympia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Olympia paves the way for another one to be saved.
