Hello, my name is Molly and I am a shy tuxedo girl. You see, I was born on the streets to a feral momma with my brother Mel. When we were 6 months old EHS rescued us and they have been working with us for the past 6 months. This month we turn 1 year old. All the volunteers have been so great in teaching us what love is all about. I am really timid and they all do all they can to make me feel comfortable. I have my favourite little bed box on the wall and they all like to come talk to me and pet me. I like being pet on my head and I am getting used to being pet on my back with more pressure. It's so nice to be loved! I am most confident when I am up as high as possible, that is when I feel invincible. With time and patience I will come around. I like to see my brother Mel playing and I want to join in, I am just a little hesitant. I saw how much fun he was having with the feather wands and now I like to play a little too with some of the volunteers.
I am ready to find my own home, my very first home. It would be best I go to a quiet home, without children. One with an experienced cat owner, that will be patient and let me take my time to adjust. If there is another nice, loving cat in the home that might help in my adjustment, but I am kind of an independent cat, so just having all your attention might just be what I need. I have a lifetime of love to give you, if you have room in your heart for a cutie like me!

The adoption fee for cats is $200 at EHS. Each of our cats is spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, up to date on vaccinations, snap tested for FIV/FeLV, dewormed, and flea treated prior to adoption. Kittens are not spayed or neutered until 6 months of age, but the cost of the spay/neuter will be covered as part of the adoption fee. Please contact cats@etobicokehumanesociety.com for more details. Alternatively, you can fill out an online adoption form and a Cat Adoption Co-ordinator will get in touch with you.
