My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This sweet fellow is Turbo. He's a 9 month old Treeing Walker Coonhound. Poor Turbo has been passed around his entire life. It started in a shelter in Indiana. Then he was transferred to the Cleveland APL. From there he was adopted and passed on to friends who could not handle or provide training for Turbo. He definitely has lots of puppy traits due to his lack of training, but loves to give kisses and is very affectionate. Turbo has been working on his basic commands. He needs a family that will have the patience and guidance to train him. Treeing Walker Coonhounds are very smart, trainable and affectionate. Please take a look a Turbo and give him the loving home he's never had.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
