Rosie's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Rosie's Story...
My name is Rosie. I am 5 years old female, spayed, chipped, heartworm negative and weigh about 10 pounds. I am a long hair Chihuahua mix. I have a great personality, love to sit on laps, give kisses, get along with everyone on four legs or two and have lots of energy.  I love to run and play with my human family.
I have been with my current family since I was a baby. Because of medical reasons, my human family has to adopt me out so that I can get all of the attention and love that I deserve.
I sleep and eat in a wire crate which I love. I feel safe in my crate.
I need an active family…someone around me most of the time. My humans are heartbroken to give me up but want me to have a healthy active life that I need to be happy. Will you love me fur-ever?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rosie, a Friendswood Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Friendswood, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Friendswood.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Friendswood already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Friendswood breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Friendswood paves the way for another one to be saved.
