My name is Julia. If you’re seeing sadness in my eyes you’re right. I’m having a hard time figuring out why I was tied to the railing at Angel’s Vet Clinic. What could I have done to be abandoned in such a harsh manner? Come meet me and you’ll see I’m a very friendly girl. I like attention and to be loved-on but I’m not too demanding. I’m intelligent and even sit for my treat. Won’t you give me a chance to show you what a great friend I can be?
