Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Spike is an incredibly sweet, playful, sensitive and very attentive, 18-month-old, 56-pound, male terrier-mix looking for a loving guardian.
Spike is a gorgeous tri-color who is always smiling and his tail is always wagging happily.
This fun boy takes treats very gently from your fingers. He doesn’t seem to know commands yet but he is very well-behaved with other dogs.
He is crate-trained and appears to be housebroken. Spike was rescued by Lucky Dog from a Franklin County shelter and brought to Chicago to find a loving family.
To meet and possibly adopt Spike, please contact Melia at melia88@comcast.net for an adoption application. His adoption fee of $200 benefits the rescued dogs of Lucky Dog Rescue. He is healthy and just completed treatment for heartworm disease. He is now neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and micro-chipped. He is being fostered in Chicago.
