Information about the puppy will be provided after its personality develops more.
Sadie’s puppies will soon be needing to find their forever home. We expect them to be ready by August 19, but we are currently accepting applications for them. Sadie is a Dachshund mix, and their father was a “travelin’ man”. We get many applications for puppies, and they tend to get adopted quickly so you may want to consider submitting an application soon if you are hoping to adopt a puppy.
Since the puppies may be too young to be altered at the time of adoption, the adopters will be provided with a voucher to have the puppy altered and microchipped by the time it is 6 months of age. This must be done at Nebraska Humane Society. If you prefer to take the puppy to your own vet, we will pay a PORTION of the cost ($79) to your vet of choice.
The suggested adoption donation one of Sadie's pups is $400, which is TAX DEDUCTIBLE, and goes toward providing supportive services to animals in the home, as well as the high cost of vetting our dogs in rescue. If you would like to welcome this puppy into your home, please begin by submitting our Adoption Application. The adoptions for all of our dogs will take place in the Omaha, NE area and must be done by the adoptive family in person. We do not ship or deliver the dogs.
