Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Please: DO NOT CALL ABOUT THIS PUPPY. If this listing is still posted then we are still accepting application for him/her. The best match will be selected and contacted to confirm an appointment. We do not do out-of-state adoptions for puppies and we cannot hold puppies; please submit your application when you are ready to adopt.
Sinclair and his siblings were born on April 16th. A good samaritan spayed their mother when the pups were weaned and took them to Poochmatch so that they could find a forever home. They came to us with fleas and ticks, and have since been fecal tested and dewormed. Their mom weighs 14 pounds, so they will be under 25 pounds when they are full-grown. THEY ARE NOT HYPOALLERGENIC.Their adoption fee is $485 and covers the cost of fecal testing, deworming, four sets of distemper/parvo vaccines, spay/neuter, rabies vaccine, microchip and microchip registration. We do not have the manpower to facilitate private appointments prior to the adoption event. If you are interested in adopting, please read the following paragraphs which contain details on the adoption application and adopting a puppy. Upon receipt and approval of an adoption application, we will contact you to coordinate a meeting on Saturdays during our weekly adoption event.
If you are interested in meeting this dog at our weekly adoption event on Saturdays at the Petsmart in Yorba Linda, CA (5521 Mirage St.) between 1-5 PM, please fill out an application from our website, poochmatch.com, and return it via email to poochmatch@hotmail.com no later than 11 AM on Fridays. Due to the high volume of dogs and puppies in our foster homes, it is impossible to bring them all every Saturday. The only way to ensure that the dog that you are interested in will be at the adoption event is to FILL OUT AN APPLICATION AND BE APPROVED FOR ADOPTION. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the dog you are interested in will be at our adoption event. If you cannot make the time frame of our events, appointments can be made at another time and location solely at the discretion of the foster parent.
Puppies adoption fees range from $325 to $475 and always include the mandatory and non-negotiable Spay/Neuter, 4 sets of distemper/parvo vaccinations, Rabies and microchip at 4 months when altered, 2 de wormings, fecal testing and medication related to worms, or parasites (coccida/giardia).
Puppies are not house-trained although they may have begun crate-training and/or potty pad training in their foster home, depending on their age. House-training is a process that will need to be completed by their adopter. Puppies, if left unsupervised and not redirected will develop negative behaviors such as using the restroom in the wrong place, chewing, barking, whining, etc. Please be sure to do research on raising a puppy and be sure that you are prepared to do so. This is a great article from 3LostDogs that explains the trials and tribulations of puppyhood: http://3lostdogs.com/things-wish-everyone-knew-before-they-get-dog-2/
