My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We're a couple of really great kids! Hi, I'm Bear and I'm a 12 month old Great Pyrenees puppy. I'm here with my brother, Caerus who's a 24 month old German Shepherd. We love each other and have been together as long as I can remember. We had it really bad before we came here to rescue. Our living conditions were so bad, we would not have survived them. Thank goodness for the rescue lady who came and took us both. Caerus was so worried that when they put me in the van, that he was going to be left behind. He began to cry and howl and he was so miserable. He looked right into the rescue lady's eyes and she said, "we're gon'na take him too. No one will be left in this hell hole". I guess it really was because we were a mess. We'd been starving and left in the heat with no water, shade or food. We were full of parasites, fleas and tick and the flies had chewed up our ears, noses and skin. But, you should see us now. We have plenty to eat, we're happy and clean and there are no more bugs on us. We are full of love and just give kisses, and kisses and kisses. We enjoy our walks with the volunteers, like riding in the car and would love to have a nice fenced in yard to play and grow up in. Do you think you could love us and take good care of us...it would make our wishes come true. The rescue lady says, "there are angels out there, we just have to find you one." Are you an angel?
