Memphis's Story...

Don’t you know that it’s impolite to point – unless, of course, you’re an adorable, svelte, German Shorthaired Pointer girl.

Loyal and athletic, the German Shorthaired Pointer is best when it’s active.

This breed needs daily exercise, both mental and physical. Training is REQUIRED!

Since her breed is so energetic, she will need at least an hour of exercise every day.

She is cuddly and sweet as well as curious and mischievous...a great combination to train and mold into a wonderful friend.

If you have the time to put into this eager to please, friendly girl, you’ll be well rewarded with an amazing family member.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Memphis, a Denton German Shorthaired Pointer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shorthaired Pointer for sale in Denton, or seeking a German Shorthaired Pointer puppy from a breeder in Denton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shorthaired Pointer breeders who help with German Shorthaired Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denton paves the way for another one to be saved.
