Havoc's Story...
Havoc is a 9 week old, Boston Terrier/ Border Collie mix. We actually did know who mom and dad were, so these breeds are not just guesses

Havoc and his siblings were relinquished to us because they were an "accidental litter". The owners of the mom and the dad were going to drop them off at a shelter at only 6 weeks old if we didn't take them.

It has now been 3 weeks, and they are finally ready for adoption. They have been in a wonderful foster home who has been socializing them a ton. They do great with her young kiddos and love her dogs. They are social and happy puppies. Both Boston Terrier and Border Collies have a good amount of energy, so these pups will need to go to families who have lots of time to spend with them and love exercising and adventuring with their dogs. They will be the perfect hiking/adventure size because they will be between 15-25 (maybe 30) lbs when full grown.

If you are interested in adopting Havoc or one of his siblings, please email us at brighterdaysdogrescue@gmail.com for an application

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Havoc, a Boulder Boston Terrier/Border Collie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boston Terrier/Border Collie for sale in Boulder, or seeking a Boston Terrier/Border Collie puppy from a breeder in Boulder.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Boulder already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Boulder breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boston Terrier/Border Collie breeders who help with Boston Terrier/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Boulder paves the way for another one to be saved.
