**Special adoption fee** Pups are about 13 wks, These babies have been coming out of their shell. They still are shy with new people and will take a few days to adjust to their new adoptive home. So patience during the adjustment time will be needed. After all these babies have been through who wouldn't be nervous & scared. Dumped at an old mans home, lived in the sewer drains for a week with cars and kids it was a traumatic experience. we have been worming them and all have been on metronizole, so they are on their way to gaining weight, getting healthy and vaccines. The runt of the litter RC, will not be homed with small children, little kids still make her very nervous. We are doing a special adoption fee of $225 for these babies in hopes they can get into homes and get the one on one attention & love they deserved all along
Most available pets for adoption start in foster care in KY/TN. This allows for time to start each animal on a vetting schedule ie de-wormer, vaccines, vet apts. This is for the animals health & well being.
This rescue has two forms of adoption and animals are posted where future foster homes may be. Direct adoption which is once an animal had been out of the shelter for 2 plus wks has two or more 5 way vaccines and your able to meet transport and take the pup home. Meet n greet adoption is IF the pet is not adopted first and arrives in foster care up north. This will occur once all vaccines, vetting and willing foster home is available. Transport takes adopted pets first from all agencies so availability depends on the transport companies open spots.
