Rosie's Story...
Meet Rosie! She's a 20-pound, 4-year-old, Miniature Pinscher mix from a shelter in Indiana. Rosie had a run of bad luck and ended up in a shelter after her person had to go into a nursing home. She is now living in an Underdog foster home and on her way to happier days. Rosie has great house manners, the snuggle award, the adorable factor, and not to mention amazing ears! On top of that she is calm, sweet, and friendly! Everyone who meets this sweetheart, loves her!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rosie, a Madison Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Madison, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Madison.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Madison already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Madison breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Madison paves the way for another one to be saved.
