My chains are gone and I've been set free!

Many Houstonians head to Puerto Rico to for a tropical vacation but Haley came to Houston to escape the bondage of living on chains with little food or water. Thanks to Ashes to Glory Foster and Rehab Center in Puerto Rico, she now resides at the Cocker Inn and is searching for a forever home to show her what love is all about. Haley is a 5 year old buff and white female who always has a smile on her face. She is a very happy girl and is especially happy to be living a life where she can now run free and not be confined to a chain. She lost one eye due to damage suffered in Puerto Rico but she sees perfectly out of the other one.
