Neoma! This beautiful girl is 1 year old and 10 lbs. Neoma came to us from an over crowded shelter on the border of Mexico where she was going to be euthanized the next day. Texas Chihuahua Rescue is based in San Antonio, Texas. All of our adoptable dogs are located in the San Antonio area.
