Waverly's Story...
This litter of cutie pies were surrendered to us because the people had the mom and were trying to get rid of the pups on a free Facebook site. She wanted to do what was best for them and asked us to take them and of course we knew we have the best adopters ever so we agreed. This litter is about 9 weeks old and weigh about 10 pounds. They are in our jail dog program where female trustees raise pups until they can be vetted and adopted out. The dogs that come out of this program and extremely social, happy and well behaved. These are typical puppies who love to play and sleep...and sleep and play! They also love to snuggle and be with people. They are in our program in West TN and will be transported once their adoption is finalized. If you'd like to add one of these cuties to your family please visit our website at www.goofyfootrescue.org and fill out an online application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Waverly, a Bedminster Beagle/Miniature Pinscher puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Miniature Pinscher for sale in Bedminster, or seeking a Beagle/Miniature Pinscher puppy from a breeder in Bedminster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bedminster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bedminster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Beagle/Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bedminster paves the way for another one to be saved.
