Here's what the humans have to say about me:
In honor of Shark Week, meet the incredible Mako! Sadly, this handsome boy was recently in a home that simply didn't understand him or take the time to. His name speaks nothing to his sweet nature as he simply needs a family who understands him and can provide structure without using force or yelling (as it scares him). His foster home is already seeing tremendous improvements as he adjusts to their home and puppy rules. He loves to be around other big dogs and is learning that it doesn't always have to be playtime when they live under the same roof. We have seen no signs of aggression with food, toys or other dogs. Mako would do best in a hope with children above the age of 7, but would a family to play with and enjoy walks with him.
Mako is up to date on his vaccines, microchipped and neutered. His adoption fee is $250. His 3rd birthday is upcoming in October and he would love nothing more than a family who will love him for who he is!
