Max's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and not good with dogs.

Max's Story...
Max is a special little guy for a special adopter. He wants to be with his person all the time, snuggling and playing. He is only 5 1/2 pounds and about 8 years old. He recently had a dental and lost all his teeth so guess what? No more dental cleanings! Max is neutered, chipped and up to date on all his vaccinations. He is very patient when being groomed and has a lovely strawberry blonde hair. Max is crate trained and house trained. He would be best as an only dog because he doesn't like sharing his person with another dog. Max is friendly with all people but barks at strangers and other dogs. He walks well on a leash. If you would like to meet this little cutie, please request our adoption application via text or email 503-309-8882 or info@onevoice4paws.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Max, a West Linn Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in West Linn, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in West Linn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West Linn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West Linn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West Linn paves the way for another one to be saved.
