Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Andy is a 5 year old purebred beagle – he is a perfect little fellow and very cute!
Andy weighs just less than 40 pounds and is a happy, healthy, amusing fellow.
He is house-trained and crate-trained (but he doesn’t need a crate at all), and given his ‘druthers, he really just wants to sleep on your bed!
Funny Andy was the beloved doggie of an elderly gentleman who just recently had to go into a nursing home. He took wonderful care of Andy and taught him to be a perfect little buddy.
Of course, Andy is neutered and up to date on all of his shots. Andy gets along with all my other dogs, big and small.
And he is also quiet! Beagles might have a reputation for being barky, but not Andy – he is very well behaved!
He is a sturdy, loving, gentle, sweet little hound dog.
He is just too cute for words and is quite the playful little rascal. He gets along great with other dogs and loves children. He is good on the leash and is gentle, sweet, and mellow.
Andy also loves the car, and his medium-size makes him a great little guy to take with you everywhere you go.
His short coat makes it easy for grooming.
Andy is a kind little fellow and would be a great companion for someone with an easygoing lifestyle.
I am a firm believer in allowing potential adopters to take a pup home for a sleepover, so you might want to take Andy home for a couple nights to see how well your potential new best friend blends with your family and your other pets.
