I am already spayed and not good with kids.
Out and about, looking about. Rosita my name is and fair and beautiful as a rose I am. Delicate and prim I like to be. Where and who will my true forever home be? Rosita is a very sweet and playful 5 year old Domestic Shorthair who arrived in to our care as a stray and was sadly never reclaimed. Since she came in as a stray, not much is known about her past, but we believe she would thrive in a home without kids where she can slowly adjust to her new surroundings without all the noise and hustle and bustle that makes her feel uncomfortable. Rosita loves to play and hang out with her people. She also get along with friendly dogs. Does Rosita sound like the perfect kitty for you? If so, stop on by and get to know her today!

Our Adoption Process...
The first step is completing an adoption questionnaire. The questionnaire can be downloaded from our website, or you may fill it out at the shelter. Once the questionnaire is completed, you will work with one of our Animals Care staff members who will assist you in making that right choice for a loving pet. Once your application is approved, you can adopt or place a 24 hour hold on an animal. Once you are ready to adopt, the process takes about 20-30 minutes. Don’t forget that every animal must be spayed or neutered prior to going home.
Humane America Animal Foundation, dba Adopt-a-Pet.com, is a non-profit, tax-deductible 501(c)(3) adoption advertising charity. Our mission (and passion) is to help
