Sylvester's Story...
****If you are interested in viewing this kitty, please go to VOKRA's website http://www.orphankittenrescue.com/adopt and submit an Adoption Application****

Sylvester is very calm and content. He acclimatizes easily, doesn't mind if you have guests in the house and is great round kids. He loves being cuddled, stroked, and brushed, and you'll hear when he's happy- it's like a motorcade passing by! He does have a few favourite spots, either soft/cushiony, on the cat tower, or in a central place of the house where he can keep an eye on everybody's whereabouts. He'll greet you with curious and loving meows in the morning. Sylvester would probably be happy to share his home with another relaxed kitty, but enjoys the alone time too.

OK with kids and other cats

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sylvester, a Vancouver Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
