My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet PARKER!!

Parker is an approximately 2 year old, 8-9 pound, neutered male terrier mix. He has some characteristics of a Cairn or Norwich terrier. He is a long legged boy.

Parker's original owners were moving and needed to rehome all their dogs. Parker and his friends entered our program to find their forever homes.

Parker is loving, affectionate, and playful. He has a grin that will melt your heart. He may be initially fearful of new people, but soon settles in once he knows he is safe. He gets along with most of the other dogs in his foster home, but can be bossy with other bossy males. He has shown a little interest in cats but has not been aggressive. He is good in a crate and does his potty business outside if kept on a schedule.

Parker is heartworm negative, current on vaccinations, flea and heartworm preventive, and is micro-chipped. He comes with a health certificate.

His preferred home has a secure fenced yard, and another dog friend. Must be an indoor dog. No children under 10 please.

Parker is currently in a foster home in San Antonio TX and can be transported to your area once adopted. Local adopters must meet same requirements as out of state adopters.

Adoption fee is $170, and transport fee to the East coast via Rescue Road Trips is $185.
