My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Callie is a cute 6 year old Shar Pei/Lab mix. She was surrendered to a kennel in Summit County because her owner was having some personal problems and couldn't keep her any longer. Callie has now made her way to Friendship and is hoping this is her last stop before home. Callie is a friendly girl and very happy to greet people. She takes treats nicely, knows basic commands and walks easy on a leash. She looks very concerned in her photos because they were taken soon after she was spayed and she was still sleepy. Callie would be an easy dog to bring into your home and not have to worry about training. Stop by soon and take a look. Callie recently represented Friendship at a local nursing home and visited with the seniors. They all loved her and wished she could stay.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
