My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

He is probably about 11 wks old now (8/16/17) and weighs in at a little over 7 lbs. He is vivacious, smart and has self crate trained since his sibs have left. He asks to get out when he needs to go! He is very independent and can entertain himself for several hours in his crate and is a joy. He is smart, funny and spunky. He likes sqeaky toys, big stuffed animals and balls. He loves nothing better than to be on your chair or lap and watch tv. If he gets bitey, he responds to 'no' and starts licking instead. I can't say enough about this old soul little pup. He is special and you would be lucky to have him in your life. He would love to have another dog in his life, but would be ok without. Don't wait...adopt him ;)

Little Finch is about 8-9 weeks old (8/1/17) and weighs in at about 5 lbs. He had a tough start in life due to an excess of intestinal parasites and was so anemic, he had to spend 8 days at the vet's office and get transfusions. He was 1.8 lbs when he went to his foster home. He has rebounded in amazing ways and is spunky, fun loving, sweet and quite the people pup. He loves toys and lap time but is still sooo puppy that he sometimes resembles a piranha. He corrects easily, loves watching television and sleeps great in his crate all night long. He is a special little one. Adopt this little man who will love you for life.
