Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Skipper was found laying in a ditch on a cold wet morning. We took him home and warmed him up. No one ever claimed him. I took him to the vet to be neutered and have his leg looked at as he was limping when he walked. The vet said his hip had been broken as a previous time and there wasn't anything that could be done now. It does not slow him down at all. The weather does not seem to bother his hip at all. He is afraid of heights and does not care to be picked up. He is finally coming out of his shell after what ever life he had before. He now comes into the frontroom and will get on the loveseat. So his hip does not slow him down. He gets along with other dogs and seems fine with cats. Skipper is heartworm pos. He has done his treatment and is now neg. If you are interested in Skipper please fill out a adoption application at: https://www.adoptapet.com/rosies-rescuesoftn/ If you have problems finding the application. On the page you saw Skipper on go down to where it says: Contact information. There it gives the web-site which will also take you to the application for any of the dogs you are interested in from our rescue. Thank you.
