Mark is a formerly stray kitty who is now ready to live in the lap of luxury. He's an unassuming, sweet big lug of a guy. He's long and tall and so very handsome! He is in residence at our Timonium Petco adoption center, where you can visit him. Better yet, submit your application to meet him!

All of our adoptable pets have their age appropriate vaccines, dewormer, feline leukemia and fiv test, spay or neuter surgery and a microchip.

We have no public facility, but operate with a network of dedicated foster parents and volunteers. To respect the privacy of our foster parents we do require an approved application to visit any of our fostered animals.

About Passport Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Once upon a time.....
...three people saw a need and said "we want to help." We are a 100% volunteer based organization born out of the desire to make things better and the drive to make a difference in the lives of neglected animals. With over 15 years of rescue experience, the Directors of PAR strive to help the homeless and needy animals in Baltimore and the surrounding areas find the loving homes they deserve.

We have no public facility, but operate with a network of dedicated foster parents and volunteers. To respect the privacy of our foster parents we do require an approved application to visit any of our fostered animals.

We receive no funding from any government source. We rely completely on adoption fees and donations. We are a registered 501(c)3 so all donations are tax deductible as the tax law permits. Please visit our donation page for information on how to help us help more animals, we can't do it without you! https://passportanimalrescue.org/donate/

Come Meet Our Pets...

We partner with local Petco stores to house adoptable pets and hold events where you can visit even more of our wonderful animals! Take a look at our events page for more information: https://passportanimalrescue.org/events/

Our Adoption Process...

Our process is in place to assure the best possible home for the pet. The process can take anywhere from 1 to 10 days or more, with the average time being 2-3 days. We require an application that will be screened for home ownership, criminal record, vet references, and personal references. We may have an in-person interview as well as a home visit.

If approved, there is a legally binding adoption agreement to be signed as well as an adoption fee to be paid. We receive zero funding from any agency, and rely 100% on donations and fees to continue our mission. You can see current adoption fees here: https://passportanimalrescue.org/how-to-adopt/
