Meet the Canada Pups! These cuties were born to mom Canada, and they have received an abundance of love and care in one of our experienced puppy foster homes. Now that Ontario is around 4 months old, he is ready to find his forever family that will love and cherish him forever. Ontario is all boy with a bit of a laid back and independent personality. He loves to play with his siblings but also can do things on his own. He has the beautiful shiny short black coat with golden markings. Ontario is a bigger boy who loves to be outside running through the bushes. He won't stray to far from his foster mom though and makes sure he comes back for a hug or two. He is a happy and well rounded pup. Mom appears to be a Lab and possibly Bull Terrier mix, and we can see both these breeds in the pups. We do not know who dad is so are unsure of what other mixed breed they might be. These pups will be in the Medium to Large breed range when fully grown as mom is about 40lbs. If their personality is anything like mom they are off to a good start as she is as sweet as can be. Like all puppies, Ontario needs a family that understands the time commitment, attention, and energy it takes to raise a pup like him. He is going to need potty training, crate training, basic training, leash training, and proper socialization so he can grow up into the best dog he can be. Ontario will need plenty of exercise and playtime as well as lots of snuggles and love. He deserves to be included as a member of the family and made a priority in your life. If you think you have the time and energy to raise a pup like Ontario, your first step is to submit an adoption application on our website today!
The adoption includes the altering of the dog, current vaccinations, and microchipping. For more information on the adoption donation and our adoption process, please visit our website at www.labsandmore.org and click on Adopt. You will find our online adoption application there as well. Once you are approved to adopt, we will discuss how to meet our available dogs. To keep our puppies healthy, we only allow approved applicants to handle puppies at our adoption events. Our dogs are NOT housed at our mailing address. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit, all-volunteer organization. Thank you for reaching out to rescue a dog in need of hope!
