Toby is a 6 year old Maltese ready to find a home to relax in. Toby is very laid back and would love to just be spoiled for the rest of his life. He will bark at foster mom until he is put on the bed and will bark till she puts him on the ground as well. He loves to lounge around and hang out with the other dogs. Toby has no teeth, but don't think that stops him from eating! He might appreciate some canned food in his diet, but does just fine with kibble. Toby is pretty much house trained, but he will need help in a new environment to get used to his new home!
Make Toby part of the family by filling out an application at www.shar-okc.org. His adoption fee is $175. He is neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested, microchipped, dewormed, and current on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.
Safe Haven Animal Rescue, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3), charitable rescue organization dedicated to finding homes for homeless and abandoned animals. We rescue the majority of our animals from shelters where they are destined to die. Others come from puppy mills and some from pet owners who are unable or unwilling to care for their pets any longer. Although we concentrate mostly on rescuing dogs, cats and ferrets, we periodically rescue pocket pets and exotics. We have rescued many mice and rats, a few guinea pigs, and an iguana. At this time, Safe Haven Animal Rescue, Inc. is limited to finding homes for animals who are being cared for in foster homes.
If you have an adopted pet from Safe Haven please realize that we are always here for you and your pet. Please contact us at the email address below if you need anything!!!
