Major's Info...

Major's Story...
Major is a 7 month old boxer mix that is all puppy in the best ways. He is full of personality and loves to play fetch in the backyard. He is learning his commands like sit and lay down. Major is potty trained and crate trained. He loves car rides and wrestling with his canine foster brother. Major needs to go to an active family. He is a big boy at 60lbs already and will still grow. He would do great in a home with a fenced back yard where he can run and play and would do great in a home with a canine sibling that is of similar size and energy level.

Email us at kcpetfinder@hotmail.com to meet Major. His adoption fee is $200 and includes age appropriate vaccines, neuter, deworm, microchip, and heartworm testing.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Major, a Overland Park Boxer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Overland Park, or seeking a Boxer puppy from a breeder in Overland Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Overland Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Overland Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Overland Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
