Looking for serious and true love – I am a caring and loving girl who knows how to be the purrfect feline companion!

Well hello Betty! When you say hello to Betty she responds immediately with loving charm and soft eyes.

Everything about Betty is soft – her fur with its incredible pattern of white down the middle of her back, her affectionate personality, her gentle touch and her quiet voice. She is one very lovely cat who will make someone a delightful feline companion.

Betty somehow ended up in Tidelands Park where a kindly person saw her and knew she was lost. No one has come forward to claim this wonderful cat and so now she is looking for a new family.

Is this caring and loving girl the purrfect match for you? Come in and meet Betty to find out if you are the one to be her serious and true love!

You can meet Betty at the Coronado Animal Care Facility. The facility is open daily between 9:00 am and 11:30 am and 12:30 pm and 4:00 pm (except major holidays). It is located at 1395 First Street at the south end of the Ferry Landing complex.

If you are interested in adopting Betty, you must first complete a Cat Adoption Application and meet with a PAWS of Coronado Cat Adoption Counselor. Cat adoption applications are available at the facility or Cat Adoption Applications may be completed online.

You can read about the adoption process on the Adoption Information page.

About PAWS of Coronado

About Our Rescue Group...

Since 2003 PAWS of Coronado has worked with the Coronado Animal Care Facility to provide shelter and find homes for orphaned cats, kittens and dogs relinquished by their guardians, stray or abandoned cats, and cats rescued from abuse or neglect.

We are a small grass roots organization committed to 100 percent placement of adoptable animals and envision a time when every friendly, healthy, homeless animal in our community can be cared for until a new family is found.

Our cats are extremely socialized, relaxed, trusting and loving in large part to our cat petting program. Our dogs are equally socialized and trained due to the dog walking program. The caring hands and hearts of the volunteers and ACF staff help the animals thrive even in a facility environment.

You can become involved with PAWS of Coronado as a volunteer or as a member (there are a variety of levels of annual dues) or by contributing a memorial plaque for the Memorial Wall at the Coronado Animal Care Facility.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Come meet the cats, kittens & dogs for adoption at the Coronado Animal Care Facility (ACF) at 1395 First Street in Coronado, CA. The ACF is open daily from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm except on major holidays. Cat Adoption Team members are on call daily to come meet you at the ACF and help you choose the perfect cat or kitten.
