Looking for a 90 pound lap dog? Super cute and over-the-top fuzzy, that's our girl Nola! She's a Great Pyrenees (mix?), furry and full of fun with lots of love. At 10 months old Nola weighs about 90 pounds and is ready to play! She thinks she's belongs in your lap and has no idea of her own size! She is good with other dogs and cats and loves to play. She enjoys her chew toys and is happy to have your attention and pets. Nola would do excellently with bigger kids as she is still a youngster, but will certainly need more training on her manners. She is already crate trained and house trained. Nola is very fun-loving and sweet giant breed puppy who desires lots of love and attention. She will be an extra large girl when fully grown so hopes for a family ready for all the love that comes with her! This big goofy girl requires a home with a securely fenced yard and experience with the Great Pyrenees breed and all that entails. If you think Nola will fit in with you and yours then apply to adopt her today! She is waiting to launch her fluffy self right onto your lap and into your heart!

A.A.R.F. (All About Rescue and Fixin' Inc.) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) no kill animal rescue organization located in the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee. A.A.R.F. is comprised of unpaid volunteers and survives only on public donations. Adoption donations vary and are subject to change without notice. Thank you for thinking adoption first!

Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for feline leukemia and FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption.

About A.A.R.F. TN to VA Connection

About Our Rescue Group...

A.A.R.F. (All About Rescue and Fixin Inc.) is a 501(c)(3) no-kill animal rescue located in the Upper Cumberland Region of Middle Tennessee where animal control issues are out of control. A.A.R.F. is making a difference not only in the lives of these wonderful, abandoned and neglected animals, but also in our community. We encourage you to see the wonderful dogs and puppies that we have available for adoption – and the best part is that we have a local transportation company, P.E.T.S. LLC ( right next door!

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our rescue doesn't have an actual shelter in the Virginia area. Therefore it is not possible to meet our rescues in person prior to their adoption. Our dogs are brought up to their new families each week! The professional transport service is certified through the USDA. Our rescue dogs can be returned to us if things don't work out. We want each adoption to be for a forever home, so we try very hard to make sure it's the right match! Video conference meetings available and encouraged.

Our Adoption Process...

Our adoption process starts with the submittal of an Adoption Application online and a phone interview with one of our adoption coordinators. To be sure the long distance adoption is the right match for both the dog and family, we offer virtual video conference meeting for your new family member. Following verification and approval of your adoption application, we will arrange a professional transport of our new family member to your area. Our adoption donations are listed on each dog's profile. Professional transportation for your new family member is $150 or less depending on delivery location. We require a signed contract, verification of home address and vet reference.
