Facts about Rosie’s Pup, Male - Red Ribbon (medical hold until Aug. 21)

  • Breed: Shepherd (Unknown Type) Mix
  • Color: Tricolor (Tan/Brown & Black & White)
  • Age: Puppy
  • Size: Unknown
  • Sex: Male
  • ID#: ps_155048-10577

This puppy is an extrovert who loves to play, and he is a lover who has a knack for cuddling as close as possible.   His littermates voted him as most likely to get ALL of the stuffing out of the toys and spread it over the largest area.

Rosie’s puppies will soon be needing to find a home.  We expect them to be ready by August 21, but we are currently accepting applications for them.  There are 3 females and 5 males in this litter, and we will  post individual photos soon.  Rosie is a Shepherd mix, but the breed of the scalawag who fathered the puppies is unknown.  Puppies tend to get adopted quickly so you may want to consider submitting an application soon.

Since the puppies may be too young to be altered at the time of adoption, the adopters will be provided with a voucher to have the puppy altered and microchipped by the time it is 6 months of age.   This must be done at Nebraska Humane Society.  If you prefer to take the puppy to your own vet, we will pay a PORTION of the cost ($79) to your vet of choice.

The adoption fee for Rosie's puppies is $450 which is tax deductible and goes toward the high cost of vetting our rescue dogs, and cats, bunnies and an occasional duck.

About Muddy Paws Second Chance Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Muddy Paws Second Chance Rescue, Inc. is a not for profit organization formed in 2014 by a small group of devoted animal lovers, in the Council Bluffs/Omaha area, with many years of rescue experience wanting to make a difference in the lives of dogs. Our rescue focuses on small breed dogs, less than 35 pounds, of any age. It is all volunteer based, and all of our rescue dogs are living in the homes of our volunteers.
Our rescue is unique in that we offer supportive services, such as education and training, to owners considering relinquishing their pet in an effort to try to keep the dog in their home whenever possible. We also educate and offer placement assistance to owners attempting to rehome their pets through social media sites, which can often be risky for the pets as well as the owners.
