She has 2 very different sides:
(i) When you first meet her, she is generally comfortable and excited around women but very anxious and barks extremely aggressively around men. She makes a great guard dog.
(ii) Once she has accepted you, however, she is calm, very affectionate and loves curling up beside you on the sofa.
She really needs full-time companionship so would be ideal for a retired couple or a family where someone is at home all day long. That, for us, is no longer possible. With a fenced-in yard, a doggy-door and full-time patience, kindness and love, she would be a wonderful companion.
