Maggie-May African Grey's Story...
Maggie- May is one special girl, she too has had a rough past. Maggie is a little shy, she love to forage at the bottom of her cage with toys. At one time Maggie was tame, a few months ago we were told, she knows the step up command, but she must of experienced some recent trauma that has kept her skittish.

We feel that Maggie- May’s should have an experienced handler; her adoption fee is very reasonable and includes her cage. Plus one more cage if needed.
If you’re interested in adopting or Fostering Maggie- May please submit in your adoption application and we can keep his adoption fee extremely reasonable. Please submit in your adoption application before contacting us with any questions.

*Delivery is available in most local areas of Washington and Oregon State. An additional transportation fee will be required for those qualified applicants who live more than 25 miles from Portland, Oregon

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maggie-May African Grey, a Vancouver African Grey was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a African Grey for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a African Grey from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even African Grey breeders who help with African Grey rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
