Jenni (formerly OJ) is a sweet Orange Tabby from New Milford. She is approximately 3 years old. Jenni was living outside with her colony, being cared for by Good Samaritans. Unfortunately, Jenni was never spayed and had a litter of stillborns. She then got pregnant again and gave birth to 3 beautiful kittens. Chance at Life was called in when the kittens started walking and roaming on their own. We took them in and found a loving home for them and then set our sights on catching Jenni so we could get her spayed and vaccinated.
Jenni was caught on 08/01/17 and taken to the vet on 08/02/17 where she was spayed, tested, treated for fleas and vaccinated. She is FIV\FELV negative.
Turns out, Jenni is a very sweet girl and we decided to keep her with us and try to find her a home instead of releasing her back outside. She deserves a better life.
Jenni gets along well with other cats and kittens. She was adopted out on 06/02/18 and returned almost immediately as she was not given a separate room to acclimate in so she hid in the basement. If you are looking for a beautiful, large, redhead, who is a little shy, then Jenni is for you.
You must be at least 18 years of age to adopt. If you live in a parent or guardian's home, they must complete the application. An application does not guarantee an adoption. Our cats and kittens are not adopted on a first come, first served basis, but whom we feel would be the best fit for our cats and kittens.
