My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Coco is a bright eyed 2 year old that is looking for a new home. She arrived from the Cleveland City Kennel and was found to be heartworm positive. She's been treated, is healthy and ready to find a family to love. Coco has been the perfect lady since her arrival. She's friendly with everyone she meets and other dogs don't seem to bother her. Coco loves visitors so stop by and spend some time with her. You just may have found your next new best friend.
***Recently Friendship volunteer Jessica and her husband took Coco on a field trip to the park. This is what they had to say about Coco..."Coco got to go to the park for a walk. She pulls on the lead but in all fairness there were a ton of geese that she was intrigued by lol. She is such a calm dog. Very strong but incredibly calm. She enjoyed her treats of pancakes and sausage. She knew sit and sat pretty to work for her treats. She was also good in the car, no barking or whining. She really is the sweetest. We took her on the playground and she loved going down the slide." A few pics with her bio show what a great time she had on her trip. Coco has been patiently waiting for a family to love. Please stop by and check her out. You'll love what you see!

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
