Marley's Story...
**Hi everyone!! Meet Marley!
Marley is about 3-4 years old. He has been neutered and up to date on ALL vaccines! He's a super sweet dog and loves to play! Unfortunately his family decided to re-home him because he's young and wants to play and their other two dogs are a lot older and will not play with him. They are just grumpy old boys - Marley really needs a home with children and other young dogs that want to play like him! He is available thru NYSRR - please visit our website at NYSRR.com to fill out an online application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Marley, a Deer Park Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Deer Park, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Deer Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Deer Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Deer Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Deer Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
