Here's what the humans have to say about me:

SEBASTIAN is a 15 lb larger than life little terrier. He is a young adult. He was found on a rural road in So KY, probably the product of someone dumping him out of a car. A good hearted person picked him up and reached out to Adopt Me! Bluegrass Pet Rescue. He is now safe and sound, groomed and fully vetted.
