Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Barnacle was rescued from a local kill shelter where he had originally been brought in as a stray. He was an adult male, around 1-2 years old, and not vetted. When his stray hold was up, he was adopted out by a family who had adopted two kittens from the shelter and returned one of them. When they returned the kitten for pooping outside the box, they took Barnacle home. Very shortly afterwards, they returned Barnacle, still not neutered, stating that he was sick which he was with a kitty cold. Barnacle got his name because he wants to stick to his person like a barnacle to a boat hull. He is an absolutely fabulous cat! His foster family adores him. He is easygoing and super chill. Barnacle gets along with everything and everyone - dogs, cats and kids. There aren't enough wonderful adjectives to describe this big boy. He is a tabby teddy bear! Barnacle is now over his cold and neutered and ready for a forever home. Fill out an application and adopt him today! Barnacle is the best!
